Thanks to local entrepreneur and handyman Forrest Southam we now have a line of cross country skis, boots, and poles to rent to the community!  Forrest has recently begun acquiring, fixing, selling, and renting this equipment and approached us about using our store as the venue where customers can come and rent his stuff!  We're happy to be involved and will be sure to help make sure you get the right equipment.  Best part of the whole thing is that it is very INEXPENSIVE for you, the customer!  For the very small amount of $6 you can enjoy the crisp cool winter air on your face as you zip along and enjoy the winter scenery!  Be sure to come in and check these out!

It's time for Rexburg's Rush Triathlon this Saturday August 16th.  If you were interested in this race hopefully this isn't news to you and you're already registered and have been training for this event for months and months.

We're gearing up to be there early in the morning near the transition area between the swim and the bike so that we can provide any race-day bike services just in case of any transportation mishaps the morning of the race.  You'd be surprised how many people show up on race day with flat or under-inflated tires/tubes!

We will also be providing bike support throughout the event with a vehicle on the course watching for anyone with a flat tire, busted chain, out-of-true wheel, etc.  Just watch for the black pickup with the Sticks and Stones banner on the back!

As we would expect there are quite a few locals involved in this event and we'll be cheering them all on!  Rexburg, represent!  Good luck to everyone participating!
